Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

By accessing or using Secrets AI, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About the service

Secrets AI provides fictional AI companions, conversational experiences, and creative generation tools. AI companions are not real people and do not possess consciousness, feelings, professional qualifications, or autonomous intent.

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity performed under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Secrets AI to violate law or another person’s rights; exploit or endanger minors; create non-consensual intimate content; impersonate a real person deceptively; facilitate violence, abuse, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; distribute malware; scrape the service; bypass safeguards; or interfere with the service or other users.

We may restrict prompts, generated content, or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

5. Your content and AI output

You retain rights you already hold in prompts and materials you submit. You grant Secrets AI a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use output generated for you. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output. You are responsible for evaluating output and ensuring that your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

6. Intellectual property

The service, interface, brand elements, software, and materials supplied by Secrets AI are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy our brand, reverse engineer the service, or commercially exploit protected service elements.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, prices, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. You authorize applicable charges through the selected payment provider. Taxes and refund rights are handled as required by law and the terms presented at checkout.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secrets AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular outcomes, permanent availability of any character or feature, or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secrets AI and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

11. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Secrets AI against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own misconduct.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, safety, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Applicable mandatory local law continues to apply.
